Deleting action from HR Core Business will be executed by Self Service

Self Service Business only

After October 31st, it will be possible to delete employee data of an inactive employee from Self Service through HR Core Business with 1 handling/action. You have to use rubric P05009 and fill it with the value 'V' (Verwijderen) in HR Core Business. All data of the selected employee will be deleted in Self Service and be logged in Self Service in Beheer > Verwijderen employee. In the record, you will see the value: HR Core.

Available function table, when changing to 'tier higher'' (opschakeling), is not working properly for a new manager who was first an employee (change 265611)

As a new manager I want to see my proper functions of my team (organizational unit) instead of the functions of the next higher unit. When an employee was promoted to manager, he could not see and choose the proper functions of his team (organizational unit) for an employee in my team instead of the functions of the next higher unit. This is solved now.

The form showing the expense requests after they were entered in the spreadsheet will not be editable anymore. Inherited input from a spreadsheet could only be changed afterwards by adjusting the content of the spreadsheet.

Email validation on Digital Signing user details pop-up

In this release we updated the email validation in the user details pop-up used in the Digital Signing process by increasing the maximum length of the email domain. So, with the previous validation, an email like aaaa@bbb.health was considered an invalid email address but from now on it will be considered valid. This issue was reported by customers who had these types of email domains that goes beyond the most commonly used like .com, .nl, .de... We updated our code taking into consideration that since 2015 the maximum size of these type of top-level domain is 63 characters.

Full name shown on emails for new employees

Only for Self Service Beaufort

On the automatic emails generated from Youforce for a new employee, we were showing only the surname of the employee. With this fix the full name (name and surname) will appear on these emails. 

Checkbox at top of Activity profile list repaired

We fixed an issue that happened when trying to select all the elements in the Activity Profile page (Autorisatie via activiteitenprofiel) using the top checkbox. This checkbox was not working and the administrators had to select one by one all the elements in the list. From now on, when selecting the top checkbox, all the elements of the page will be automatically selected or unselected in bulk.

Batch Signing improvement

In this release we added a new tab on the Batch Signing page to have a split visualization between All Documents and Sent Documents.
With this improvement we solved the problem of having mixed documents (Sent / Not Sent) that makes it hard for the user to see what he still needs to send for signing.
